Services
Our caring staff is available to provide 24-hour customized care based on each person’s individual DESIRES and NEEDS. This means you can shower and have a snack whenever you want. We recognize each person is different, so we tailor each resident’s care plan to ensure we provide just the right level of assistance with medication management, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and support of leisure time activities. Additionally, our residents do not have to worry about any of the typical aspects of homeownership (vehicle maintenance, utilities/bill management, and general home upkeep) because we manage all of this.
Accommodations
Our single-family, ranch-style homes, licensed by the state of Wisconsin as Adult Family Homes (AFH), are located in quaint neighborhoods with lush green yards where you can easily sit outside to watch the birds or do some gardening. Our assisted homes have no more than four residents with staff available 24-hours a day to provide care and assistance. We also help manage doctor and other appointment schedules and provide safe and comfortable transportation to appointments.

The level of care is customized to each resident and may include assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, nail care or other items as needed or requested.
Grocery shopping, planning and preparing healthy meals, laundry, housekeeping, financial/money management.
Caregiving staff ensure safe and engaging activities are planned with resident input and designed to maximize mental and physical health while providing meaningful social interaction within the home and the community.
Staff provide stand-by assistance and instruction as needed to help support safe and effective exercise routines for each resident.
Comfortable vehicles, driven by Olive Branch Communities staff, provide safe transportation to medical and other appointments, staff can also attend doctor’s appointments to ensure proper continuity of care and medication management.
Medication management, monitoring/tracking behaviors, diet and nutrition management.
Olive Branch Communities provides peace of mind as all care and services are packaged together so that residents do not need to worry about managing individual expenses.
